How ordering works

Zinnvy Shop lets independent shops list products. When you place an order you are sending a request to that shop. No payment is taken on Zinnvy; the shop contacts you to confirm availability, price, any delivery fee and how to pay. The sale is between you and the shop.

Shops

Each shop is responsible for its listings, prices, stock and service. Shops must not list counterfeit, stolen, illegal, dangerous or adult goods, or mislead customers. We may remove listings or shops that break these rules.

Fair use

Don't place fake orders or use someone else's details. We limit orders per number and may block abuse.

Problems

Contact the shop first. If something looks wrong, use “Report this shop” at the bottom of the shop's page or email support@zinnvy.com.
