Privacy notice

Zinnvy Shop, operated by Zinnvytech. Last updated 14 October 2026.

What we collect when you order

Your name, phone number, and optionally your email, delivery address and a note, plus the items you chose. We also keep a one-way hash of your IP address to stop abuse.

Who sees it

Only the shop you ordered from, so they can contact you to confirm and fulfil the order. Each shop decides what it does with your details as the data controller for its customers; Zinnvy processes them on the shop's behalf. We don't sell your information or use it for advertising.

Messages

We send one text message (and an email if you gave one) to confirm the shop received your order.

Your rights

Under Ghana's Data Protection Act, 2012 (Act 843) you can ask to see, correct or delete your details. Contact the shop directly, or email support@zinnvy.com.

This browser

Your cart, and the campaign link that brought you here, are stored only in this browser. We use analytics (Google Analytics) and advertising pixels (Meta, TikTok) to measure which ads and posts bring visitors, and we tell the shop which campaign led to your order. You can block these with your browser's privacy settings.
